However... When I work with clients one of our first discussion topics is about Privacy and Confidentiality in today's (digital) world. I value your confidentiality and take your privacy seriously.
Confidentiality
Many decades ago, our family doctor and good friend expressed confidentiality to me this way; "Your information is yours to share, it is not mine to share." These few words are the basis for my longstanding confidentiality practice with every client.
Here's how it works:
When I work with family members of prior clients - not my information to share.
When I work with members of my own large (wonderful!) family - not my information to share.
When I work with high profile clients - not my information to share.
When I work with members of groups - not my information to share.
When I work with frail or ill clients - not my information to share without specific consent.
When I work with anyone - not my information to share! It's that simple.
Privacy
I don't splash photographs of clients on my website, social media or any type of promotion. I will not request closing or 'celebration' photos or videos to use for any business purpose. This is why you will not see videos or photos of my clients out in the digital world. I admit they can be fun and can even market a sense of warmth and trust to potential clients. That said, the breach of my clients privacy is not my way.
Here's my way... I work to create trust by listening to your needs, working hard to maintain a great connection, and following through with performance and results. This is how we do our best work. It's that simple.
