About Veronica Passalacqua

Veronica is Sonoma County born & raised, with deep roots and experiences in the many small towns that make up the region. With a wealth of personal experiences here, Veronica brings a warm and authentic connection to the communities of Sonoma County.

 

Veronica spent many years as a small business owner and employer. She excels at supporting her clients through significant life transitions. She is known for negotiating innovative solutions, navigating the unexpected with grace, and ensuring her clients feel at ease through the entire process.

 

Veronica is an active member of the Windsor Chamber of Commerce and the Women of Windsor group, among the first class of Leadership Windsor, a past member of Active 20-30 Club #1029, and a devoted volunteer with Canine Companions for Independence.

 

Having lived in Sebastopol and Santa Rosa in her younger years, she then moved to Windsor in the early 90s and was part of the first class to graduate from Windsor High School. Veronica and her husband chose to return to Windsor when it was time to raise their family. They have one daughter in college and one son in high school, and are proud to be active in their local community.

 

Veronica's passion for family, community, real estate, and Sonoma County drive her passion to help her clients find their perfect place in the world. Working closely with her associate Mark Spaulding (who also happens to be her dad!), Veronica benefits from his 20 years of real estate experience while bringing a new generation of enthusiasm to the team. Together, they expertly guide their clients through the intricate process of buying and selling homes in beautiful Sonoma County.
